TOPEC - Our modular slab formwork

TOPEC has tapped totally new dimensions in soffit formwork performance. TOPEC makes shuttering and stripping significantly quicker, demonstrably more economic and appreciably more efficient than conventional systems. This is because the TOPEC system operates with just two basic parts – panel and prop – enabling any soffit formwork to be erected simply and safely. TOPEC is now also available with dropheads.

It couldn’t be quicker
The up to 1.8 x 1.8 m panels are fitted and stripped with a maximum of two men working on the ground. And if speed is at a premium, the TOPEC Lift is used. It raises the panels hydraulically and positions them accurately and flush up to a height of 5.7 m. It couldn’t be quicker, as extensive time-and-motion studies have demonstrated on numerous construction sites.

Just three steps
TOPEC is fitted in three steps: Hook it on, push it up and prop it. Stripping is carried out with the reverse procedure. Time-consuming preparation is never required. Since the small number of labor-saving maneuvers are quickly learnt, shuttering times of less than 0.2 h/m² are achievable after only a brief period of familiarization.

Neat results
TOPEC creates neat results, both with regard to the finished ceilings and to the shuttering panels employed. TOPEC panels are connected so tightly together that only narrow joints are created and very little concrete residue is left on the panels.
 
Complete system
Apart from the 1.8 x 1.8 m basic panel, several smaller sizes, corner panels, infill panels and an adjustment panel are included in the TOPEC range so that any soffit shape can be realized. For support, all the prop systems from our product range are suitable. Our tubular steel prop EUROPLUSnew with the practical quick-lowering device, our aluminium frame props ALU-TOPnew and MODEX prop systems for greater to extreme heights. They merely have to be fitted with our TOPEC bearings.
